• Collaborate with accomplished attorneys on complex family law cases.
• Develop expertise in drafting legal documents, including letters, pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery processes, drafting meet-and-confer letters and compelling motions.
• Foster connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court, ensuring effective communication.
• Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, supporting success in evidentiary hearings and trials.
• Enhance your legal knowledge through research and memorandum preparation.

Qualifications:

• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• 3-5 years of family law experience; experience with high-profile cases is a plus.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to understand complex legal concepts.
• Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
