This role is heavily involved in architecture, solution design, and hands-on build work across marketing communication platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Solution Architects are experienced consultants and are depended on by our customers for technical vision and proactive and strategic advice.Required:

Knowledge skills and abilitiesAbility to travel to client locations, up to 25%. A proactive personality, with a can-do attitude. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables customers to decide with confidence. A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy. Ability to write SQL and AMPscript. Ability to effectively navigate large or complex client and project teams. Able to consult in areas or on new technologies with which you may be unfamiliar. Effective prioritization and time management skills. Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Commitment to accuracy, quality, and timeliness. Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building. Effective team player who is able to lead and delegate. Ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
