You will apply a keen focus on significantly influencing and increasing Dentsply Sirona’s commitment to education via collaboration activities across the customer education and experience team & beyond. You will provide comprehensive training to all stakeholders on the CA program and provide ongoing support to ensure that our customers maximize the benefits of the CA program.Position Overview:This position will report into the Academy Education Manager and be responsible for the following.

  • Program development: maximize the effectiveness of the impact the program makes via business development work and collaborative efforts across the organization.
  • Program training: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources needed.
  • Support: Provide assistance and troubleshooting support to reps and customers as needed.
  • Weekly Planning and review program analytics and success metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers & DS internal stakeholder and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Dentsply Sirona hardware, software, workflows and products.
  • Expected overnight travel of up to 25%, depending on customers and projects.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support AGD credentialing process
  • Engage in education program development projects
  • Support activities with 3rd party education companies
  • Online DS Academy back-end program administration
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

The base salary for this remote role is between $70,000- $90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
