Researches and resolves LMS functionality issues. Assists Division Liaisons with utilization of the LMS. Assists with the development of procedures for use of the LMS.Provides customer service and troubleshooting in the use of the LMS. Delivers computer support using remote desktop control. Assistance may take place in person, by email or on the phone. Answers and closes Cherwell tickets.Analyzes policies and procedures to create course content for online instruction.Runs and distributes records and reports using Power Bi.Develops, coordinates and facilitates training opportunities for department employees. Training opportunities include, but are not limited to, in-person training, webinars, electronic communication, and include information regarding annual required training, professional development training and training as prescribed. Works with department subject-matter experts to maintain accuracy and status of training materials, tracking and records. Pulls and prepares reports using power bi for stakeholders.Identifies problems uncovered by testing, or customer feedback, and corrects or refers problems to appropriate personnel for correction.Assists with training and instructing staff in the use of LMS and related programs. Acts as a consultant and liaison between divisions and subject matter experts in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and evaluation of training and employee development to ensure training standards, objectives and deliverables are met.Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
