In this role, you will work directly with the Business Development Leader and cross-functional partners including Design, Planning, Sourcing, Transportation and Finance. This is a hands-on role that includes work ranging from project conception, preparing quotes and orders, collaboration with planning, sourcing and logistics. This position requires a high level of customer service and technical skills.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Lead comprehensive end-to-end project plans that are shared both internally as well as with Clients
  • Own all operations, including project planning, opportunity generation, product selection, quoting, payment, order placement, order fulfillment planning, and customer follow-up communication
  • Track complex projects using multiple systems and tools and communicate project statuses including risks
  • Lead and drive forward progress with cross-functional partners to meet project deadlines
  • Proactively recognize, respond, and lead appropriate resolution of priorities throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensures data accuracy through systems and project-related communications
  • Must be a proven leader, who drives results through strong collaboration, leadership and critical thinking
  • Work closely with the Territory Leader to meet sales forecasts and ensure that Salesforce account records and data integrity is maintained and accurate

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Minimum three years of project management experience in the Contract (B2B) or related industry
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
