We handle both amicable and litigious cases with the goal of finding a solution for the client. The public perception of divorce is shaped by what we see on TV, and most people have very little understanding of the divorce process and what they do see on television (e.g., Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard) leads to fear of the process and false expectations. Our vision is that one day the public looks first to amicable options when facing separation and family conflict, with the traditional “contested” case being the exception. In addition, it is our vision that Truce Law be the leading firm people turn to when facing family challenges. It is our mission to educate the public about their collaborative options when facing divorce and bring a collaborative mindset to all cases that we handle.
