We are looking for a savvy Marketing Program Manager to join our fast-growing agency & contribute strategic insight & innate marketing talent to our new & existing cybersecurity clients across the globe. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage & develop your skills in both strategy & tact as you’ll be managing entire program funnels from ideation to hands-on platform execution & optimization of digital campaigns.As Marketing Program Manager, you’ll consult with assigned clients to understand their unique organizational needs & develop strategic marketing plans to meet their goals. You’ll be collaborating with many cross-functional departments to set up, launch, & manage programs while acting independently to proactively solve problems as needed.How You’ll Make an Impact

  • ​Serving as an advisor to enterprise clients, providing thought leadership & consultation on marketing strategy & program direction while guiding & managing expectations.
  • Orchestrating & executing a variety of complex marketing programs & digital campaigns for assigned clients including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media ads, programmatic, content strategy/syndication, webinars/live events, PR, & other related performance marketing activities.
  • Tracking & analyzing program results, reporting successes &/or identifying gaps, & recommending actions for improvement.
  • Providing white-glove customer service to high-profile clients to ensure satisfaction, maintain relationships, & drive retention.
  • Managing content development & asset deliverables with internal teams & external vendors – working with agency partners & creative services providers as well as occasionally contributing copywriting &/or content reviews.
  • Managing resources for each assigned project to stay on schedule & keeping internal & client teams informed on status details.
  • Anticipating potential issues through frequently reviewing data & using critical thinking to implement actions needed to shift components & resolve issues.
  • Effectively balance the needs of the client, agency, & partners.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing Program Management, supporting mid-size to enterprise organizations, either internally or as a dedicated agency.
  • Experience working within cybersecurity/technology verticals or supporting clients in said verticals is highly preferred.
  • Marketing consultation skills & an ability to effectively navigate discovery sessions, understand complex marketing needs, & align relevant solutions.
  • Hands-on campaign execution experience via respective platforms for SEM/SEO, paid search, PPC, programmatic, Social Media ads, Email Marketing/Automation, etc.
  • Proficiency with leading digital marketing tools such as SEMRush, Stack Adapt, Search & Social Media platforms, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and/or alternative technologies.
  • Effective content marketing experience including content strategy development, content auditing, & creation of content such as ad copy, buyer’s journey assets, & other frequent client content deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Sales/Business Development enablement & how marketing contributes to the sales pipeline.
  • Data-driven & detail-oriented nature with an ability to leverage metrics to measure impact & determine actions for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills & confidence engaging with stakeholders, embodying a professional business presence.
