• Handle all aspects of pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement disbursement
• Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
• Prepare medical bill summaries
• Assist clients with property damage
• Request health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and worker’s compensation liens
• Draft letters and e-mails
• Draft Demand letters
• Client communication
• Adjuster communication
• Communication with doctor’s offices

Qualifications:

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Proficient with computers, software, and programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Adobe, Dropbox, etc.
• Experience with Filevine preferred. Will train
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Experience:

• Case Manager: 2 years (Required)
• Personal injury: 2 years (Required)

Education:

• Associate (Required)
