As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our agency’s community engagement and lead generation efforts. You’ll be responsible for planning, attending, and organizing local events, networking with key groups, and establishing meaningful connections with potential clients. This is a full-time, salaried role with growth potential and bonus opportunities.Responsibilities:

• Attend networking groups to build professional relationships and generate leads.
• Organize and host agency-sponsored networking events.
• Manage and create content for the agency’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and attend community events to represent the agency and promote our brand.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Track and report on marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, email newsletters, and other communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, community engagement, or event planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a comfort with public speaking.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a passion for engaging with the community.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $40,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience.
