• Lead the ICT design efforts for various projects, ensuring the development of innovative and effective solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of RCDD standards and best practices within the organization.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate ICT design into engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in ICT design to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in ICT design and implementation, with a focus on RCDD standards.
• Professional certification such as RCDD is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
