Description: Construction AttorneyAn established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Houston and Austin), with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Construction Law Attorney and a Litigation Construction Law Attorney. Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20, if at partner-level.This is a full-time in-office position that comes with a suite of solid employee benefits. • Applicants must live in Texas (Dallas, Houston or Austin)
• 3-20 years’ experience in construction law (transactional or litigation)
• Experience with sophisticated casework/transactions
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Ability to work alongside a collegial top-rated law group
• Professional, organized and collaborative

Pay is competitive for an individual with similar experience. Remote hybrid flexibility may be possible in this role.
