The ideal candidate will have an immediate connection to Mr. Cooper’s core values: Challengers of Convention, Champions for our Customers, and Cheerleaders for our Team.This candidate will enjoy a fast-paced financial services environment company with over 6 million customers. This leader must be a high-energy and action-focused driver of results and revenue with a deep understanding of mortgage product marketing.The Sr. Marketing Operation Project Manager is responsible for gathering marketing campaign requirements, estimating development efforts and setting proper priorities and timeline. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business ownership, marketing and operations acumen, agility, and communication skills. This individual also excels in operations that enable predictability, scalability and efficiency.Primary day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing channel owners to plan and execute marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and strive for marketing optimization and operational excellence.
  • Constantly drive process excellence to ensure legal, regulatory compliance.
  • Translate marketing campaign plan to system requirements
  • Manage project delivery in a timely manner.
  • Outstanding oral/written communication. Excellent communication skills to “tell a story”.
  • Highly self-motivated, personally accountable, and adaptive with an ability to drive timelines and manage competing agendas
  • Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: Finance, Loan servicing, Sales, Operations, IT.
  • Ability to connect dots and play in white space

Education/Training Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Database Design/Management, Information System, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering and project management.
  • Mortgage experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS-SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prefer working knowledge of HCL Unica suites, including Unica Campaign, Unica Interact, Unica Journey.
