The ideal candidate will be a client-service oriented, collaborative team player who possesses knowledge of administrative law and the regulatory process with a demonstrated ability to help clients ensure compliance and avoid or mitigate risk.Associate Attorney Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to Virginia State Bar in good standing (or ability to waive in)
• Experience in Administrative Law
• Healthcare regulatory experience
• Experience with commercial and government reimbursement
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively on a team
• A drive for excellence and strong customer service
• Ability to develop relationships and build trust
• Strong academic credentials
