FreshRealm’s channel-agnostic platform is transforming an entire industry as it enables the benefits of speed, scale, innovation and strong economics.The IT Technical Solution Architect is responsible for designing and developing application and integration solutions for SAP S/4 HANA and non-SAP systems. This role involves effective collaboration with functional analysts and end-users to translate business requirements into application and data interface solutions. The ideal candidate should be experienced supporting integrations using SAP-BTP, APIs, EDI X12, XML, and flat files. Additionally, a solid technical background in setting up and maintaining web service calls to and from SAP is highly desirable.The role involves significant responsibility for overall application delivery, configuration, and ongoing support. Additionally, the architect will write code according to specifications, work with abstract concepts, and perform technical analyses that affect system operations controls.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop detailed solution designs and customizations that adhere to best practices in the food industry.
  • Integrate SAP modules to ensure seamless, end-to-end business processes with SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, CRM, MES, and TM expertise.
  • Apply clean core principles to minimize system customizations and utilize side-by-side extensions to ensure a flexible and scalable architecture that supports FreshRealm’s evolving business needs.
  • Assist in executing an SAP S/4 HANA implementation, ensuring minimal risk, effective execution, and seamless transition of business processes across the organization.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to internal teams and stakeholders, driving process compliance and ensuring the successful delivery of the overall program.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience building, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing a new IT Application solution architecture organization, aligned to support a maturing business organization new to working on SAP ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT with at least 8+ years of experience in managing SAP systems (SAP certification preferred)
  • Experience with one or more Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Methodologies (TOGAF, ITIL, Zachman, etc.)
  • Experience with Application Portfolio Management tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with Technology Risk management frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and best practices across multiple lines of business, including expertise in supply chain, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management in the food industry, with hands-on experience in system configuration and advising on process adoption within SAP.
  • Experience with enterprise middleware and integration is required.
  • Proven experience writing detailed functional and technical specification documents for WRICEFs, ensuring clear documentation and smooth delivery of custom development and integrations.
  • Understanding architecture, cloud, infrastructure, and system quality attributes, including performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability.
  • Strong understanding of the analytics needs within the supply chain and experience with integrating SAP solutions with analytics tools to support business intelligence in the food sector.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
