We’re partnering with a leading technology company to find exceptional talent who can transform how government agencies leverage data to solve critical problems.About the Role: As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and government operations, collaborating with engineers, product designers, and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions. This is not your typical technical role – it’s for individuals who thrive on combining analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills.What You’ll Do:

• Partner directly with government customers to understand their operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead the implementation of data-driven solutions across various government sectors (defense, intelligence, healthcare, civil)
• Drive customer success through training, workflow optimization, and strategic consultation
• Present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, from analysts to executive leadership
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape product development based on real-world user needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• 1-5 years of experience in technical roles within government contracting, defense tech, or related sectors
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
• Experience working with data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Track record of delivering results in customer-facing roles

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $170,000

This is a full-time, W-2 position requiring in-person work at one of our client’s office locations. Multiple positions available.
