Your role will involve gathering essential information, scheduling appointments, and supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. • Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone or in-person to gather necessary information
• Review and organize legal documents and assist in preparing cases for attorneys
• Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the case management system
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on their case status
• Collaborate with attorneys to schedule appointments and maintain calendars efficiently

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• US Work Authorization
• Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati
