As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature
• Medications Reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (not Necessary)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients’ privacy
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
