  • Code, test, debug, implement, and document highly complex programs. Develop and execute complex test plans to verify the logic of new or modified programs.
  • Design systems and programs to meet complex business needs, preparing detailed specifications for development. Create technical documentation, including program code and relevant documentation.
  • Gather and analyze information from existing systems to assess program and time requirements and prepare time estimates for assigned tasks. Provide recommendations to project managers.
  • Work closely with clients and management to validate programming requirements, resolve issues, and provide technical consulting on complex programming projects.
  • Support project teams in resolving moderately complex programming problems, offering technical advice and guidance.
  • Serve as a technical project lead, providing leadership to less experienced personnel and conducting peer reviews to ensure quality assurance.
  • Evaluate existing systems and programs, assisting project managers in task assignments and working collaboratively with development teams.
  • Participate in the design of system components, delegate responsibilities to team members, and lead smaller sub-teams as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities, such as coding reviews and developing test plans for both new and modified programs.
  • Assist in resolving production support issues and suggest alternative approaches to problem resolution.
  • Stay current with industry technical trends and new developments to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Represent the company in presentations or conferences, providing technical consulting to clients, co-contractors, suppliers, and the public.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years, 6-8 years, or 9+ years of programming experience will be considered based on the specific needs at the time of the opening.
  • Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, software and relational databases:
  • C#
  • .NET
  • SQL
  • Basic Web development knowledge
  • SingleSign-On (SSO)
  • interChange (iC) product knowledge and/or Understanding of Document indexing/storage/retrieval

The pay range for this position is $58,200 – $129,900 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
