As an Administrative Officer 1, proficiency in data analysis and report generation is essential, as well as having a strong understanding of policies and regulations related to developmental programs. You will be expected to have excellent communication and coordination skills, the ability to work independently, and efficiently handle multiple responsibilities. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment.
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Often irregular hours, including evenings.
  • Employees may have overnight travel or out of County travel for meetings or training.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor’s degree; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
