Our projects range from new home designs and major remodels to custom interior reconfigurations and home additions. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in creating beautiful, functional homes that meet our clients’ visions while navigating local zoning regulations and design challenges.

What you will do

• Design home additions, and renovations tailored to client needs.
• Prepare detailed, modelled Construction Documents using Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, permitting officials, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy and success.
• Draft reports, proposals, and contracts; adapt plans as necessary during the construction process.
• Meet with clients to understand their goals and requirements for each project

What you bring
A minimum of Ten years of experience in Architectural Design

• Proficiency in Revit and experienced in creating comprehensive architectural designs and construction documents.
• Familiarity with surveys/plats and zoning regulations and how they impact project designs.
• Familiar with structural engineering principles and how they impact designs.
• A keen eye for detail and a talent for both the creative and technical aspects of architecture
• Ability to collaborate closely with clients and construction teams to deliver exceptional results
