About Us:Position Overview:As a Branding Manager with Web Development Expertise, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all branding efforts across various digital and traditional channels. You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our brand strategy while ensuring that the web presence reflects our brand vision. Your expertise in web development will allow you to manage web-related branding elements, ensure optimal user experiences, and collaborate with our development teams to create cohesive, visually engaging digital assets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and vision.
  • Maintain consistency of the brand across all channels, including digital, print, and media.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Web Development & Branding Integration:
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website and digital assets align with branding guidelines.
  • Develop user-centric designs and ensure that the website reflects the brand’s identity through design, content, and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Optimize website performance and implement SEO strategies in line with branding objectives.
  • Design & Visual Content:
  • Work closely with designers to create and update web assets such as banners, landing pages, and other digital content.
  • Ensure a seamless brand experience across all customer touchpoints online, including social media, emails, and the website.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding across all digital campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction and web development guidance for digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and social media efforts.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with web development trends, branding techniques, and digital marketing innovations to keep the company’s brand strategy fresh and competitive.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or web development.
  • Proven experience in managing digital projects, particularly in web development and online branding.
  • Experience with developing fortune 500 company brands and copywriting.
  • Experience with creating pitch decks and proposals.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, user experience (UX) design, and web design.
  • Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively, blending brand vision with technical implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team to execute complex projects.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and web development best practices.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques for web performance.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and the integration of branding strategies into online shopping experiences.
