Familiarity with and enthusiasm for DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE best practices, as well as iterative Agile-flavored workflows 2. Works well with multiple teams3. Responsible for consistent release management and good change management practices. Participate in Agile planning meetings and daily SCRUM meetings to provide software solutions for our platform services for Content Services and CHP Platform services. Review and perform troubleshooting analysis of the core application logs.3. Experience in self-service callflows and complex systems/database integrationsEducation Requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent 5+ yrs Experience Education Preferred:Software Skills Required: Amazon Connect, DyanmoDB, Lex, Lambda, communication skills
