Description: Data Scientist Morris County, NJThis is a hybrid work environment with 3 days per week onsite.We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong analytical and technical skills to support strategic initiatives and client experience improvements. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and text analytics. You will work closely with teams to provide insights that drive business decisions and enhance client experience, particularly in areas such as chat and speech analytics.Key Responsibilities:

• Automate data pipelines to process large volumes of text data, extracting meaningful insights that impact business decisions.
• Extract, clean, and normalize various data sources (SQL, Hadoop, Oracle, Excel) to ensure the integrity of analytical models and reports.
• Develop and apply machine learning models, including regression, classification, and clustering, to derive actionable insights from data. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning is highly valued.
• Contribute to key strategic projects by using advanced analytics techniques to support initiatives aimed at improving the client experience.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to answer complex business questions, using both standard and innovative analytical methods. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance client experience.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required to address urgent business questions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create clear and compelling visualizations and dashboards (using tools like Tableau) to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Work collaboratively across teams to tackle complex business problems, utilizing a range of data analysis and machine learning techniques. Continuously apply creative problem-solving skills to generate new insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered. An advanced degree is a plus but not required.
• 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role. Familiarity with business analytics or client-facing roles is beneficial.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Hadoop.
• Experience with machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering.
• Knowledge of NLP and language models is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and the ability to present complex data in a digestible format.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and conduct analyses to uncover key business insights.
• Ability to connect data insights to business objectives and understand the broader impact of analysis on client experience and business strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, self-starter who is quick to learn new tools and adapt to evolving business priorities.
