We value integrity, teamwork, and an ownership mentality in everything we do.The RoleDIGITAL MARKETING SALES REPRESENTATIVEPosition Overview:As a Sales Representative, you will be driving our sales process, setting clear expectations, addressing inquiries, and guiding prospects through our unique Marketing Strategy. Your ability to effectively qualify prospects based on expectations, company culture, business compatibility, and other internal factors is crucial to ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship.Our scripted sales process covers multiple discussion points, ranging from presenting our services, pricing, and work methodology to addressing prospects’ concerns about their current marketing strategy and defining their business aspirations, but a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry is required to answer off-script questions.Role Expectations

  • Conduct Sales Calls: Attend scheduled sales calls, adhering to our internal script and standard operating procedures (SOPs). While these calls are lightly prequalified, additional evaluation will be required to ensure prospects are in fact a good fit for our services. Identify and communicate our strengths in marketing and use them to create a solid and coherent image that reflects our brand identity.
  • Cold Outreach: Any available time that is not allocated for scheduled sales calls should be invested into cold outreach, beginning with prospects we have previously engaged.
  • Proactive Prospect Communication: Engage with booked prospects to confirm attendance, reschedule appointments, or handle cancellations promptly.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to handle a designated number of scheduled calls daily, ensuring thorough preparation for each interaction.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the Customer Experience department by providing honest and constructive feedback about your interactions with potential prospects.
  • Contract Creation: Develop comprehensive contracts outlining what was described on the sales call.
  • Follow-up: Proactively follow up with prospects post-calls, guiding them through the next steps and providing exceptional support.
  • Deal Closure: Execute effective sales strategies to close deals successfully, facilitating a seamless transition of prospects to the Onboarding Team.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily:

  • Manage your time and calendar effectively to guarantee attendance and punctuality to all scheduled Sales Calls.
  • Conduct Sales Calls following our Strategy Call script.
  • Follow up with your prospects as they advance through the sales pipeline.
  • Develop contracts based on what was sold on the sales call.
  • Report and register prospects statuses in Asana.
  • Communicate clearly with all related departments to ensure followthrough and results are inline with client expectations.
  • Follow internal SOPs to ensure consistency in the processes established by the company.

Weekly:

  • Participate in training sessions with Direct Reports.
  • Attend company meetings as needed.
  • Report sales results to Direct Reports.

Monthly:

  • Review and improve our sales process to increase close rates and reduce client expectation gaps.

Challenges for This Position:

  • Managing a robust pipeline of prospects with the goal of keeping our onboarding calendar booked at least 30 days in advance. This will require maintaining a 40%+ close rate with an average of 8 new clients a month.
  • Ability to answer various off-script questions during sales calls.
  • Being able to say no to prospects that are not going to be a good fit, and explain why.
  • Understanding each prospect’s unique requirements and setting the right expectations.
  • Identifying and communicating our strengths in marketing and using them to create a solid and coherent image that reflects our brand identity.

Position’s Compensation

  • Base salary: $2000- 2500.00/month
  • Commissions:

– Setup Fee ranges between $895 to $1,790– MRR Commission is 5%

  • – Website commissions are 10%.
