Description: We’re looking for a Digital Solutions Developer!About Us: The McGraw Group of Affiliated Companies is a national property and casualty insurance company which markets over 25 products, some with nationwide availability and we are a nationally recognized leader in providing both mainstream and specialized insurance markets to select business partners and independent producers.Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Insurance Digital Solutions for Property & Casualty lines of business.

• Design and Develop Insurance business processes for Quoting, Policy binding, Customer Self-Service, Property Inspection, Endorsements and Claims, Producer Agency & Agent Management.

• Design and Develop solutions on Cloud based toolset like Amazon Web Services & Microsoft Azure using full-stack technologies like Angular, Nodejs, Java, Python, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB, S3, SageMaker, SES, SNS, etc.

• Develop Web applications and host them on AWS and Azure.

• Develop and deploy integration services for external third-party applications like Guidewire Hazard Hub, Verisk RCE360, Verisk APLUS Claims, Duck Creek Policy and Claims, OneInc. Payment Processing, etc.

• Conduct Proof of Concepts, design and develop frameworks for processing structured and un-structured data using Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI techniques.

• Deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models like ChatGPT, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Amazon Titan, and Google Gemini.

• Complete backlog of Problems, Incidents and Enhancements Jira Tickets assigned during each Sprint cycle.

• Undertake Unit Testing and System Testing of functionalities being deployed.

• Upgrade current stack of technologies to latest versions.

• Create and deploy automation scripts in Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.

Salary Description$85,000 Annually
