As a senior member of the State & Local team within the U.S. Government Affairs department, the Director will shape the company’s public policy positions and execute government affairs strategies to achieve objectives at the state and local levels.The Director of State and Local Government Affairs will join a high-performing team that thrives on the fluidity, uncertainty, and intensity of the policy-making process. The ideal candidate will actively foster and grow our influential stakeholder network, constantly seeking new relationships and enjoying face-to-face interactions with government stakeholders. This candidate excels in the policy and regulatory space, adeptly translating complex policy information and Siemens’ technical know-how to navigate within Siemens and state and local governments.
