Location: Houston,TexasJob Duties:Participate in the Business Continuity Planning project to work with Client’s technical team in developing infrastructure playbooks to be used in recovery operations; this is a very detailed step by step list of actions needed to fail-over/recover systems.
A general knowledge of VMWare, enterprise storage, networking, UNIX, Windows is needed.
Sit in client’s Managed Services team to document current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Windows, Unix, networking, patching, Oracle Cloud, AWS, etc. and then be part of the ongoing support to perform the day-day SOPs.
This role would be directly accessing Client’s systems.
