• Must able to commute to the Columbia, MARYLAND
• Must be able to start within 2-4 weeks
• Must be able to attend in-person morning meetings every Monday Wednesday Friday 8:00AM – 10:30AM
• Must be able to stand for 4-5 hours in a retail environment
• Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
• Must be a team player and actively encourage colleagues
• Background in sports management, customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, restaurant industry is recommended

Responsibilities:

• Retail Face-to-Face marketing, lead generation and customer service
• Participate in morning meetings and conference calls
• Train and develop team of 6-8 individuals in retail Face-to-Face marketing
• Learn the process of interviewing and hiring candidates
• Master motivational and public speaking
