Description: Our boutique Divorce / Family Law Firm is presently hiring an experienced Family Law Litigation Associate for our Blue Bell or Wayne, PA office location. The ideal candidate must have at least three (3) years as a Divorce / Family Law Attorney.The Associate’s responsibilities include:1. Represent clients in all forms of family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, step-parent adoptions;2. Draft legal pleadings and documents;3. Timely respond to all client telephone calls and emails within the contractual obligation set forth in the Firm’s Engagement Letter;4. Oversee the timeline and presentation of service of discovery and preparation of discovery responses;5. Maintain the minimum billable hour requirement;6. Exhibit unwavering professionalism and ethical integrity.It is expected that the Associate will:– Participate in CLEs in order to fine-tune litigation skills and techniques;– Enroll and attend meetings with the local Bar Association;– Endeavor to become a published author in his/her field;– Attend professional conferences.Our Firm offers a competitive salary, together with generous bonus structures.
