In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is mandatory that the selected candidate has a valid and active North Carolina Bar license to practice in North Carolina.100% In-office

• MUST HAVE North Carolina Bar license to practice in North Carolina
• 5+ years of SOLID experience practicing family law
• Appear and litigate in Court
• The associate attorney will manage family law cases with legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts and advocating for clients in court
• This individual will build client relationships and provide excellent customer experience for them
• Provide legal support to clients and assist other attorneys
• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
