Our attorneys are the best at what they do.Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 + bonuses + great benefits AND a Generous Signing Bonus!Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed case strategies to ensure optimal results for clients involved in family law cases.
• Review and authorize all legal paperwork prepared by support staff.
• Engage in mediations, depositions, and negotiations to facilitate settlements.
• Efficiently review and respond to discovery requests.
• Advocate for clients in various legal proceedings like status conferences and motion hearings.
• Create essential legal documents such as parenting plans, settlement agreements, and final orders.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to bolster case arguments.
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout the legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in practicing family law specifically in metro Atlanta, GA.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and possessing exceptional legal writing skills is a must.
• Candidates need to exhibit traits such as confidence, attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong leadership capabilities.
• Compassionate, accountable, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• Capable of developing and executing comprehensive case strategies tailored to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Ability to handle a diverse range of cases, from straightforward uncontested divorces to complex contested cases involving children and assets.
• Trial experience is required, showcasing mastery in this area.
• Highly organized individuals who can effectively manage deadlines and prioritize caseload responsibilities will excel in this role.
