As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.Anduril is seeking a Government Compliance Senior Manager to join our dynamic, growing finance team located at our headquarters office in Costa Mesa, CA; Irvine, CA; Washington, D.C.; or Atlanta, GA offices. The Government Compliance Senior Manager will be responsible for evaluating Anduril’s compliance the six Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) defined contractor business systems (Accounting, Estimating, Government Property, Purchasing, Material Management and Accounting, and Earned Value Management) as well as Cost Accounting Standards. This position will work closely with the operational leads for each business system to evaluate current processes, validate compliance withregulations, and provide feedback and support for improving processes. This position will play a vital role in reviewing current policies and procedures, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the company.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, as this employee be leading and collaborating with various internal teams.What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of DFARS contractor business system compliant policies, procedures, desk guides, and processes.
• Conduct internal staff assist visits to review contractor business system processes to ensure consistency with Anduril policy and DFARS requirements.
• Perform internal reviews of accounting practices to ensure consistency with Anduril’s disclosure statements and the Cost Accounting Standards.
• Assist operational leads in implementing process improvements to improve internal processes for compliance, efficiency, and ease of audit support.
• Document staff assist visits and maintain records of results to brief to Anduril leadership and government auditors.
• Play an active role in government audits and maintain accountability records.
• Prepare a variety of reports relative to internal document statuses and system compliance.

Here’s Who You Are:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
• 7+ year(s) of government accounting or contracting experience including expert knowledge of DFARS contractor business systems and Cost Accounting Standards.
• Experience in auditing or performing internal reviews of contractor processes.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with ability to develop detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Ability to lead multifunctional groups to improve complex processes.

US Salary Range$142,000—$213,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
