As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.Anduril is seeking a Government Compliance Senior Manager to join our dynamic, growing finance team located at our headquarters office in Costa Mesa, CA; Irvine, CA; Washington, D.C.; or Atlanta, GA offices. The Government Compliance Senior Manager will be responsible for evaluating Anduril’s compliance the six Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) defined contractor business systems (Accounting, Estimating, Government Property, Purchasing, Material Management and Accounting, and Earned Value Management) as well as Cost Accounting Standards. This position will work closely with the operational leads for each business system to evaluate current processes, validate compliance withregulations, and provide feedback and support for improving processes. This position will play a vital role in reviewing current policies and procedures, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the company.

US Salary Range$142,000—$213,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
