This position is responsible for the daily operations of the department’s property, storage space allocation, distribution orders, and dissemination as necessary. Responsible for overall security of the warehouse facility, ensuring physical arrangements of facilities are efficient. Responsible for reviewing management reports including quality controls which offer assurance that delivery times are adhered to. Research and respond to incoming correspondence. Performs work as related and assigned. The employee will research and respond within specific timelines to special operational projects assigned by the bureau chief’s office. Projects must be completed within established time frames and accurately address the issue or concern of the requests.Duties and Responsibilities
