Description: Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a premier organization in the healthcare industry to recruit an innovative Vice President of Government Programs and Health Plans Sales. This senior-level role directly reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales and is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and expanding its footprint in the Medicare and Health Plans market.Salary: $150k/Annually
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Remote U.S.: Texas or East Coast preferredWe are seeking a visionary leader to craft and implement a high-impact sales strategy targeting Government Programs and Health Plan PBM services. The successful candidate will oversee key daily sales functions, engage with high-profile clients, and design tailored strategies to promote the companys offerings.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Government Programs and Health Plan PBM markets.
- Conduct high-level client meetings and establish lasting partnerships with major accounts.
- Lead initiatives to design and refine sales strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote company products and services through innovative marketing efforts.
- Identify and secure new clients who align with the companys mission and business objectives.
- Drive growth and profitability by fostering relationships and converting prospects into long-term customers.
What Were Looking For:
- 7+ years proven experience in Medicare and Health Plans sales with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- 2+ years in senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Exceptional track record of closing sales and driving revenue growth.
