Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities.
  • Drive Sales Goals: Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes
  • Plan and Execute: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead service, culture and core value of C.A.R.E. at all times
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.
  • Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Client Connections: Conduct care consultations, quality assurance visits, and client Care Pro introductions as needed
  • Community Involvement: Engage and lead the companies PR strategies to enhance brand visibility

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Educational Background: High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in business growth, consultative sales experience preferred
  • Driving Requirement: Must posses a valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
  • Safety Verification: Candidate must pass 7 year background check and drug screening
  • Skills for Success: Strong communication skills, organizational skills, professionalism, be genuinely curious about people, and proficient in Microsoft Office
