This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent, administering leave and benefits programs, and addressing employee relations matters to ensure a positive and productive workplace. The HR Business Partner supports performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with employment laws, while also maintaining accurate HR records and analyzing metrics to inform decision-making. Additionally, the role contributes to HR projects, promotes change management, and ensures alignment with organizational strategies in a dynamic 24/7 environment.This role will combine strategic planning with tactical execution, supporting our 24/7 veterinary emergency and specialty hospital in areas such as leave administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:
