We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to be based at our Conley, GA location.The Trulite Human Resource Generalist will function as the sole HR Support for the Conley, GA location. In this role, the successful candidate will drive organizational culture while facilitating metrics and organizational communication strategy, coaching associates and managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitate dispute resolutions and all other task in line with company policies and legal practicesWhat Brought You Here

• $70,000-$80,000 Salary per year
• Quarterly safety bonus opportunities
• Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm -Overtime as needed – occasional weekend hours

Who You Are:A Human Resource Professional who works in partnership with the Facilities Leadership team, is a problem solver and an employee advocate! A highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field (Desirable)
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment (Required)
• Experience collaborating closely with operational managers and leaders in a HRBP capacity(Required)
• Experience advising managers and leaders on employee matters, compliance, and workforce planning. (Required)
• Demonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills (identifying and implementing solutions, getting others to support proposed solutions) (Required)
• Experience managing both strategic initiatives and the execution of day-to-day deliverables
• Experience with HR data analytics(Required)
• Experience using Paycom/ADP a plus!(Desirable)
