Supportive Work EnvironmentYou’ll feel valued and supported by a team that treats you like family.Your Role as a Caregiver:As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of seniors. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing hands-on care, companionship, and emotional support
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like meal prep and hygiene
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable home environment
• Accompanying clients on errands and social outings
• Building meaningful connections with clients and their families

• Prior Caregiving experience (preferred but not required – we provide training!)

• Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current and valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform the duties of the position
• Warm and caring personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit responsible and professional behavior
• Ability to uphold patient confidentiality

Salary: $13.75 – 15 per hour

Location: Kalamazoo, MI
