Description: Boutique firm that specializes in high end residential projects hiring for an Intermediate Architect for support projects!Qualifications:-5 -7 years of architectural experience-AutoCAD proficiency-Experience working on high end residential projects-Strong technical knowledge and produces Construction Documents-Experience working with high end clients-Experience meeting with clients and external consultantsSchedule:Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm – overtime is uncommon5 days in officeResponsibilities:You will be responsible for producing Construction Documents in AutoCAD.You will work on high end projects in NYC, meet with high-net-worth clients, and go on site visits.Opportunity to grow within the firm and lead juniors.Work Environment:Very casual and vibrant office environment: casual attire, people bring their dogs, open bar for happy hours, play music.Team outings together multiple times a month.Opportunity to work on high end projects and gain experience working with influential clients.Interviews:First week of JanuaryPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 – $44.00
