Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of clients. Each Intern is paired with a Buddy and a People Manager that serve as resources that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.Highlights of our Internship Program include:10-week experience in the Summer of 2025 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 2nd and run until Friday, August 8th)Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)Performance management, including developing goals and Final EvaluationsNetworking & Social Activities and EventsCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern EventIntern Speaker SeriesStaffing on active Guidehouse projectsThe State and Local Government practice provides individuals the opportunity to serve our States, Counties, Cities, Non-Profit, and Multi-lateral clients in the areas of: economic development, sustainability, disaster recovery, business design, organizational strategy, technology strategy, market analysis, financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, change management, technology implementation, risk management, compliance monitoring, and program management.We deliver compelling, high impact solutions to our state and local government clients to help solve their toughest business and technology problems.
