We’re seeking a person who can sell legal services, assist with and implement new marketing strategies, and build relationships to generate potential client leads. Our firm has a stellar reputation statewide for providing criminal defense legal services, and exceptional client service is our top priority. We fight to protect the rights of good people who may have made a mistake that shouldn’t haunt them for life.We need someone with a strong understanding of sales technologies, methodologies, and best practices. You must be able to sell consultatively, helping potential clients understand their situation, weigh their options, and make important—sometimes painful—decisions. If you’re looking to work with an amazing team, this is the position for you!This is a commission-based role, requiring a minimum of 20 hours a week, with at least 5 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, including evening shifts.Responsibilities:

• Convert prospects into clients
• Develop workflow follow-up campaigns
• Manage and share reports with a supervisor
• Create creative ideas for developing new and nurturing existing referral partnerships
• Work with top-notch team members in the firm
• Work a minimum of 5 hours on Saturday and Sunday
• Work evenings

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Sales experience. Ideally, you have had success in sales
• You also need to be able to have fun, be creative, and have a passion for building sales opportunities
• Have a great Sales Personality
