The role of Marketing Associate is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters and is not eligible for remote work. The successful candidate will play a critical part in our ongoing marketing initiatives, helping to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility across various markets.As a Marketing Associate at First Gen Marketing, you will be submerged in our innovative and collaborative culture while being given the resources and tools needed to excel in your duties. This role requires dedication and a proactive approach to handle the fast-paced nature of our marketing projects efficiently.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new customer acquisition by connecting with a wide variety of people face to face.
  • Impact sales results by supporting and executing in-store promotions and retail events.
  • Fielding basic questions and concerns from retail customers.
  • Work collaboratively with senior marketing staff to execute effective promotional strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings with the marketing team.
  • Associates are also required to attend product knowledge and business meetings to ensure that representation is current with client and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Availability to work a full-time work schedule.
  • Previous experience or training in sales or lead generation is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team in fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exemplary organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and market research techniques.
  • Passion for marketing and a drive to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Dynamic and creative thinker with a willingness to propose and implement innovative marketing ideas.

Salary: $950 – 1400 per week

Location: Huntington, NY
