- Analyze samples and perform diagnostic tests in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and other lab departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of laboratory procedures and results.
- Monitor and maintain lab equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures and safety protocols.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to provide vital data for patient diagnoses.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
- ASCP or AMT certification (or equivalent).
- Active state licensure in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Generalist experience required (minimum of 1-2 years).
- Flexibility and adaptability for travel or local contract assignments.
