• Adhere to strict quality control measures and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP or AMT certification (or equivalent).
• Active state licensure as a Medical Technologist.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, including generalist experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
