Description: Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of construction projects, focusing on government, aviation, and public commercial work. This role, reporting directly to the Vice President, will manage projects valued up to $30M, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. **APPLY TODAY TO BE IMMEDIATELY CONSIDERED WITHIN 24 HOURS**

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
• Oversee both self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress.
• Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets, change orders, and contract negotiations.

A strong background in government contracting is preferred, along with proven skills in managing subcontracted and self-performed work. The successful candidate will be proficient in construction-related software, possess safety certifications, and have experience with high-profile clients like HUD and government agencies.Our client is a leading construction firm with over 100 employees and hundreds of subcontractors and consultants. • Oppourtunity to work in either of their VA offices in Falls Church or Leesburg awell as their MD office in Riverdale.
• Competitive salary up to $120K
