What You’ll Do: Team Manager Responsibilities

  • Skill Coaching: Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills.

  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions on customer service, overcoming objections, and best practices.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to identify training needs and implement strategies for team success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess mentees’ performance and offer tailored strategies for growth.

What You Bring

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market trends.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.
