What You’ll Do: Team Manager Responsibilities
- Skill Coaching: Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal Setting: Help team members set and achieve sales goals, tracking progress and providing guidance.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions on customer service, overcoming objections, and best practices.
- Feedback & Support: Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help team members improve and thrive.
- Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to identify training needs and implement strategies for team success.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess mentees’ performance and offer tailored strategies for growth.
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams (highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market trends.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.
