As Sales and Business Development Director – Government Solutions, you will be the main person identifying growth opportunities across the aerospace, defense, and government sectors. You will define, align, and execute a plan that defines our success in this industry. Because of your experience in working with government agencies and the industrial base, you understand the intricacies of government programs, program funding, decision making processes, as well as the relevant stakeholders on different levels that are part of the decision making process. You have the flexibility to visit relevant trade shows and events, as well as travel to government agencies and clients in the industrial base.At Keysight, we specialize in the security of microelectronics. The world’s leading manufacturers of chips, embedded devices, vehicles, communications equipment, and critical infrastructure rely on Keysight to ensure their technology is resistant against sophisticated cyber attacks.Qualifications:Skills, Knowledge, and Background

  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in selling commercializing solutions in the aerospace, defense, and government industry
  • Has familiarity with microelectronics security (hardware, software, firmware)
  • Brings an existing network of relevant connections and contacts
  • Ability to thoroughly understand the Riscure portfolio of (technical) security services and security certifications
  • Identify and close new commercial opportunities
  • Familiarity with the administration’s current strategy and funding opportunities related to domestic semiconductor manufacturing
  • Candidate is a US citizen. A US Security Clearance is an advantage but not a requirement
