This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Architect will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices are followed, and lead the development team in delivering customized solutions that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Salesforce’s core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Customization & Integration: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and third-party integrations to meet specific business needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and overall system architecture.
  • Architectural Strategy: Define and enforce Salesforce architecture and integration strategies for the organization, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand and refine business processes, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Data Management: Lead data migration, data management, and integration processes with third-party systems.
  • System Optimization: Ensure optimal system performance, uptime, and stability through monitoring, maintenance, and regular upgrades.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.
  • Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 1 year in an architecture or leadership role.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or other relevant certifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Salesforce APIs, and integrations with other systems (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Languages & Tools: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Experience with tools like Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, etc.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and multi-org strategies.
  • Cloud Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud applications (e.g., AWS, Azure) and on-premise systems.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring technical teams, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect.
  • Experience with DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or retail.

Salary: $150000 – 155000 per year
