Description: Our client is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team. This role is pivotal in the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce projects, with a particular focus on enhancing the interactivity of a Salesforce dashboard used by our client’s customers.Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the requirements, functional design, and measurable business outcomes of the Salesforce solution
– Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, teammates, and delivery partners to implement the vision and transformation efforts
– Lead projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases
– Provide industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders
– Identify areas of product growthThe ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce Architecture and UX/UI principles, with the ability to think through the UI and UX aspect of a dashboard. Experience with Salesforce CRMA is preferred, as is industry experience in property management or real estate.Required Professional Experience and Skills:
– 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
– Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions
– Experience making dashboards more interactive and user-friendly
– Enterprise Salesforce integration experience
– Salesforce CRMA experience is a big plus
– Property management, multifamily properties, commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferredThis role is remote.
