– Supervises onsite security guard team to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices are being adhered to
– Performs regular onsite security checks to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed
– Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods
– Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm “clock-ins/clock-outs” are being completed for each scheduled shift per company protocol
– Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency according to company protocol
– Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations
– Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
– Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
– Additional tasks as neededWhat You Need:
– Retired Law Enforcement/Military/Corrections Required
– Must be willing to work weekends
– Minimum Three Years of Security Industry Management Experience
– Valid NYS Security Guard License
– Completion of 16 HR OJT Class required by NYS Licensing Division
– Valid NYS Driver’s License
– Client pre-employment background screening
– Driving Abstract Clearance
– Excellent communication
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Exceptional work ethic
– Must be willing to obtain C-15 and P-99
– TWIC Card a PLUS
– Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus
– Experience with WinTeam and eHub is a plus
